Service Guarantee and Refund Process

We guarantee a successful root/jailbreak for your mobile device in 99% of cases, ensuring a safe and effective process. However, if we are unable to calculate or find a root for your device, we will issue a 100% refund upon request within 30 days of purchase. This satisfaction guarantee complements our legal obligations and is detailed further in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In rare instances where a root fails despite our confirmation, video proof of your session will be reviewed before processing a refund.

To request a refund before service delivery, email [email protected] with the subject line "Root Refund Request" and include your full name, last four digits of the credit card used for purchase, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We'll process your request within 24 hours of receiving all necessary information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution's policies and billing cycle. For any delays beyond 10 days, contact us for assistance.

Exceptions

Our Refund Policy does not cover certain situations, and no refunds will be issued if:

  • Order information provided is incorrect, such as model number, phone number, email address, or other relevant device details.
  • The phone is hard-bricked due to incorrect root attempts, which can permanently reduce correct root input chances.
  • Rooting service was obtained elsewhere.
  • Root session completion exceeds our stated turnaround time.
  • The device was successfully rooted but faces compatibility issues with custom ROMs or third-party applications.
  • The phone was already rooted or hard-bricked before or after ordering.
  • Misrepresentations or misleading information were provided.
  • A refund or chargeback has been previously requested.

Chargeback Notice

When you engage in our services, you agree to abide by our service Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Refund Policy. Using a chargeback to seek a refund outside of these Terms and Policy constitutes a violation of our agreement.
