Anyone out there looking to root their phone definitely needs to check out one click root. My phone was in a disarray and we had to do quite a few different things to fix it but now the phone is running great and is rooted! My internet was a bit slow and spotty which caused some trouble (obviously my problem, not theirs) but they accommodated nicely for those problems...

....just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to OCR. Was a bit intimidated by the whole rooting thing, but desperately wanted all the bloat-ware off my tablet. Paid what is really not a lot of cash at all, and then just sat back and watched the maestro do his thang remotely. Took very little time (not withstanding my clunky old pc), and I now have a tablet that actually feels completely MINE for the first time since I bought it.
